Verify Eligibility
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and include all original packaging such as boot boxes or technical hardware wrappers.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack and Label
Securely pack your gear in a shipping box—please do not use the product packaging as the shipping container—and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
